More recent moments

Hobble-crawling Addie, fun spinach dinner and snow!

Moments to Savor

So sorry about that last post I was not having a good day. Didn't eat or drink well that day and was just feeling drained. The next day I thought about how much we can take things for granted. Clean running water, a healthy family, a good job, and my list could go on and on and on. I have so much to be grateful for. My sister April took family pictures of us in Hawaii and here's a few that she's finished. Looking at them just made me think of sweet moments that are worth remembering. Life can't all be good so we should take the time to enjoy the times that are great!

House owner blues

We came back from a trip to Anchorage (more on that later) and had some unhappy surprises. Some pipes to our septic stuff froze and cracked, our water coming in our house has been brown (not related to the septic stuff thankfully) and our dryer is broken. Blah! John and his dad have unfrozen the septic stuff and John will get to replace some pipes there and today they've been working on fixing the water problem. Until it's fixed we can't use water at our house, so we'll be hanging out at my in-laws until things are working. I'm so glad they live so close and are so willing to help us out. I just really felt like complaining to the world today so there it is. I'm off to gather things for another sleepover. Adios!

Christmas pictures

We were so happy to come home from our vacation in December to a vacation in Ketchikan! All of the Youngbergs were here for Christmas and we tried to spend as much time with them as possible. Here's some pictures, not in any particular order, from our Christmas with everyone.
Cousins! Addie and Maddie - only a month apart
You probably can't see the toys they're gnawing on - the Crayola jumbles were a hit - Thanks Santa!

Sorry it's so blurry, my camera sticks when there's any motion going on

3 wise guys

Girl power! Haha!

We had so much fun with all the family and can't wait to meet up again! My brother-in-law's getting married in April so it'll be sooner rather than later!
