Easter

A little late, but oh well. John's parents had us over Saturday to color Easter eggs. Then Easter morning there were eggs all over our house and the girls had another egg hunt at John's parents (after a delicious Easter dinner).

I was so proud of Lexi and how she helped her sister. I was worried she'd get too excited and take all the eggs for herself. She surprised us by taking Kaytlin's hand and helping her find the eggs, and sharing the eggs she found with Kaytlin. It such beautiful day we went to the beach too. Here are some pictures of that weekend.

Lexi really wanted to get dressed before she came downstairs. So they're wearing their new dresses.

Notice Kaytlin's egg? She insisted on having a pink egg in her hand at all times. She's obsessed with the color pink. If it were up to her she'd wear a pink shirt, pants, and socks, pink nail polish everyday and only play with pink toys. What a girl!
